2. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance based on the cycle selected (Monthly/Yearly). All payments are final unless covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. One subscription allows for a set number of simultaneous connections based on your plan (1, 3, or 5).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or to bypass security measures. Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized third parties may result in account termination without refund.

4. Service Uptime

While we aim for **99.9% uptime**, the service is provided "as is". Temporary disruptions due to maintenance or third-party network issues may occur.
